Technic Safety's work at height division operates in three connected areas: training, safety system installation and rope access. This page is where candidates apply to join those teams.
Roles in our teams
Our field staff covers installation, training and access work. Installation technicians work on lifeline systems and security mesh installation; access technicians carry out facade and height tasks within rope access services. On the training side, trainers deliver working at height training and working at height rescue training, with course content structured by occupational health and safety specialists. There are also office roles: planning, quotation preparation and site coordination.
What we look for in candidates
The first requirement is a medical report confirming that nothing prevents the candidate from working at height. Beyond that, our assessment weighs:
- the habit of using personal protective equipment correctly and consistently,
- the ability to work as part of a team on sites and facades,
- full compliance with instructions and occupational health and safety rules,
- work at height and rescue at height certificates appropriate to the role.
A certificate on its own is not enough. Inspecting equipment visually before every use and withdrawing anything that fails that check is a responsibility shared across the team.
