Technic Safety has been working in the field of work at height and fall protection since 2017. What began as a training business has broadened to cover lifeline installation, security mesh installation, rope access work and the supply of personal protective equipment.
Work at height carries both technical and legal responsibility for the employer. Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 and the Regulation on Occupational Health and Safety in Construction Work require risk to be removed at source where possible, and collective protection measures to be used before personal ones. Our training, installation and equipment work follows the same order of priority.
What We Do
Our work falls into four areas that support one another:
- Training: Working at Height Training, which builds safe habits on site, and Working at Height Rescue Training, which covers bringing a suspended worker down safely.
- System installation: horizontal, vertical and mobile lifelines, together with security mesh installation and mesh stretching in shafts and stairwells.
- Services at height: Rope Access Services and exterior glass cleaning in hard-to-reach places.
- Personal protective equipment: supply of full body harnesses, carabiners, rope grabs, static ropes and steel ropes.
How We Work
Every job starts with a site visit. The structural element the anchor will be fixed to, the route and length of the line, how many people will use the system at the same time, and how a rescue would be carried out after a fall are assessed on site before a solution is proposed. A maintenance task along a roof and an installation job inside a lift shaft do not call for the same system: for one, a Horizontal Lifeline is the right answer; the other points towards a vertical lifeline or closing the opening with mesh.
The anchor components and other equipment used in installation are sourced in line with the relevant standards, such as EN 795, and we take care that materials remain traceable and installations are documented. Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015.
Site Survey and Quotation
A sound quotation depends on sound information. Telling us the type of building, the part of it the work concerns, whether the job is continuous or periodic, and who will use the system shortens the process. The site survey is free of charge; after the visit, the scope of work and the proposed solution are sent with the quotation.
