What to tell us in your message
Context makes a request easier to assess. The type of structure (roof, facade, warehouse, shaft, scaffold), the expected duration, how many people will be connected to the lifeline at once and the anchor points already on site all shape the answer. For training, the number of participants, the work they do and whether the session is held at your own premises settle the scope.
Site survey and assessment
For permanent systems such as lifelines and mesh installations, the solution takes shape only after a site visit: the condition of the supporting structure, the route of the line and the fall clearance below it are examined in place. For training and equipment requests, employer duties under Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 and conformity with TS EN standards are the reference point. Your request is then passed to the relevant team by scope and urgency.
